NUJS Law Review is pleased to announce a theme based
special issue for the year 2011. The theme for this year is:
'Commercial and business laws in India: A retrospection' -
chronicling the myriad facets of laws and regulations concerning the
Indian economy in the last one decade. The idea behind this issue is
to analyse the last decade to look at the way Indian commercial laws
have helped in realizing the dream of a vibrant economy. It is also
an ambitious endeavour to look at the road ahead for the Indian
economy. In ways more than one, our aim is 'look back in order for
us to surge ahead'.
Accordingly, the NUJS Law Review invites submissions from
legal professionals, activists, academics and students on the issue.
The contributions must be of internationally accepted standard and
must involve a high degree of research. They must meet the
guidelines stipulated in the NUJS
